Paule Gudger is the founder and creative director of Miss Paule’s Studio. An award-winning, internationally acclaimed designer, educator, and certified instructor, she has studied fashion, decorative apparel, screen printing, Direct-to Film printing, and graphic design in New York City, London, Paris, Miami, and other locations around the world.

Kristen Gudger joined Miss Paule’s Studio in 2019 while attending the University of Central Florida. She began working alongside her mother in the early stages of her decorative apparel career, gaining hands-on experience in screen printing, cut vinyl design, and production.

A graduate of UCF, she has worked in every phase of the business and now serves as Vice President of Operations & Employee Relations, overseeing daily operations and ensuring consistent quality across all projects.

With decades of combined experience in custom apparel and decorative design, Paule and Kristen lead the studio’s creative vision and personally inspect, select, and approve every product and service offered, ensuring excellence in every detail.
